MedicalWearhouse.com ships most packages via UPS and occassionaly via FedEx. All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days depending on time/date of order. Shipping warehouse closed weekends.

MedicalWearhouse.com delivers to any UPS acceptable address within the United States (All 50 States). No P.O. Boxes please.

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.

PLEASE NOTE: We keep a close inventory count and back orders are very unlikely to occur with online purchases.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, please email or call our customer service department 800-679-7811 to arrange for a return or exchange.

We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Please note that all returned medical devices must be reinspected to insure industry standards and therefore are typically returned direct to the manufacturer. Because of this, all medical devices returned or exchanged will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We are not responsible returns that get lost in the mail. We recommend you insure you returned package for it's dollar worth.

No Refund, Credit Card Refund or Exchange will be issued for items received after 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase date will be returned to sender.
