If you aren't satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, please email or call our customer service department 800-679-7811 to arrange for a return or exchange.
We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Please note that all returned medical devices must be reinspected to insure industry standards and therefore are typically returned direct to the manufacturer. Because of this, all medical devices returned or exchanged will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible returns that get lost in the mail. We recommend you insure you returned package for it's dollar worth.

No Refund, Credit Card Refund or Exchange will be issued for items received after 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase date will be returned to sender.
