Returned merchandise must include the original vendor packaging, manuals and all other items it came with. Your purchase must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned. Items returned after 30 days from the original order date will not be accepted.
On the front of your shipping box you MUST note the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Packages will NOT be accepted if the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is not properly displayed.
